Can anyone with patience help me set up my ip cam

Hey all,

I'm looking for someone that can give me some step by step and a lot of hand holding with getting my ip cam set up. I just want to be able to view my tank on my phone(apex fusion) and outside the home network. I apparently have zero clue what I'm doing.
