I want to thank kylhckly and dingusplease for all the help. They each answered probably 20+ questions of mine helping me with this setup.

Equipment:

-Picotope 3 gallon tank
-AC50 with chaeto and stock pico light on at night (Nothing but chaeto in the filter)
-Hydor 50watt heater
-Maxspect Nano Razor LED (Right now it comes on about 9;15am and goes until about 9pm, but I only have it going to about 45% on blue lights and 35% on white at its peak. Not quite sure how I should have the lighting setup yet)
-Smart ATO (runs for about a week before refiling reservoir, which is a Bubba Keg)

Parameters:
-Temp: 78-80, took me a while to get it down from 80, the heater had to be set to 73 to operate correctly.
-SG: sits right at 1.024 to 1.025 with little fluctuation

-Tank cycled and nitrates seem to be under 5-10ppm according to a API test

-4lbs of LR

-5 Zoa frags

Currently, as you can see I am having problems with my Maxspect Nano suspension hanging kit. The screws are too wide, so for now I used zip ties. I am e-mailing back-and-forth with CoralVue hoping they will send me the right screws. Unfortunately, they just told me to try to force them in. I feel like I paid for their hanging kit, they should hold up to providing me with the right screws. We will see what happens.
