edraniam
Hello, can you recommend one skimmer effective, not a toy, for aquariums up to 100 liters? Hello Link to comment
CronicReefer
Reef Octopus BH50 or Red Sea Berlin Airlift 60 are my picks. Link to comment
farkwar
Vertex Omega 130. Not a toy. Link to comment
edraniam
Not a porous;, the vertex is not a toy, but it's a little big for a dwarf under 100 liters (26 gallons) ... I saw the bubble magus nac qq and blau scuma 0635, you know them? Hello Link to comment
Nano36
I use a protein skimmer rated for 75 gal even though my tank is 40 gal. Shouldnt hurt to over skimmer right? Link to comment
derekdutton42
Hydor makes nano skimmers, I have the small version and I like it. Link to comment
D Z
How much space do you have footprint wise? Is it going in a true sump, in tank, or rear chamber of an AIO? Link to comment
jolee0722
Cadlights pls-50 elite Link to comment
D Z
Cadlights pls-50 elite There are better things out there. I have had to mod my pls-50 elite just to get it to skim dark water, and still have not been able to get it to produce a thick, dry skimmate.(and that has been after 5 months of tinkering with it) Without knowing his available footprint and what type of setup it will go into, you really cannot give him a definite answer. edraniam
Space is not a problem, it should be stored in the tank. Attracts me very much blau scuma 0635 ... but I've never seen it work. Hello Link to comment
