jinx Posted January 20, 2015 Author Share Posted January 20, 2015 Already showing algae growth since the new light went on. Has almost a 14k look with a touch of pink to it. My camera will never pick up the true color.. I still need to finish up the light and I'm probably going to make a tiny stand for it to conceal the air pump. Still unsure if I'm going to control the light or not. I have them slightly dimmed already with the driver. Link to comment

Even with frequent water changes, it had a massive hydrogen sulfide event that turned the sand and rock pure black.. So for now, it's on the back burner. I may turn it into a freshwater planted setup. Link to comment
