penam Posted July 19, 2004 Share Posted July 19, 2004 i just recieved a new 20k MH bulb by xm and the problem that i am having is that it wont turn on all the way. is it a problem with my ballast or is it a faulty bulb? btw both bulb and ballast are 175w and my ballast is an old style heavy as hell type.
