Lighting on a 20L

I know there's a few out there like this, but my questions are more specific. I want to keep at least 1 squamosa if not a maxima as well in my 20L that I'm building. I also want to have a few SPS in there along w/ the rest of my corals. I'm in an apartment, so drilling into the ceiling poses quite a problem. Does anyone know how I can get a MH setup in? If not MH, then any ideas on something else that would work? I know the general rule is 3 feet for a MH bulb and I could see what I could do, but I really need a better solution. Links appreciated! (Don't worry about cost being an issue...)
