I am not a fan of the blue look at all in reef so was wanting something more on the white side which is why I went with Coral+. The guy at the shop recommended I try it out with Purple+ so figured why not. Link to comment
jedimasterben Posted September 10, 2014 Share Posted September 10, 2014 The Purple Plus isn't really a good standalone bulb. Mixed with other lights they're ok, but you might notice the separation if you only have two bulbs and they're spaced apart. Link to comment

If anything I can just use it on my planted tank as I am running a wave point coral wave on it right now on my quad t5 and the color looks similar.
