DaveFason
I've let the tank sit around with the same water since the start. Water change this weekend and cleaning up from the algae. Corals are reacting great. I have been running the lights on a different light schedule that has had a great response. Due to time I am hang to hold off on the second SW tank. Any who, photos. reefist
It looks like you like to mount the lights a little forward of center and angled back slightly. I imagine this reduces shadowing a bit while not blinding viewers. Link to comment

I imagine this reduces shadowing a bit while not blinding viewers. I learned this from Jake at Reefbuilders. You want the front of your corals to look best so why not give them a bit more light. As well it allows for tank watching without being blinded. Link to comment
WhiteWulfe
I also suspect it means having the tank at a decent viewing level when sitting or standing means that if you're on the couch it doesn't blind you? Link to comment

JCase
Curious about the Apex controller. Are you using 1 apex controller for all the tanks? Or does each tank have its own Apex? Link to comment
