neverrain
Not really sure if fuzzy chiton's are considered inverts, but my question is quick. I found it this morning in a ball on the sandbed, but it looks like it's clinching to itself (possibly for protection?) Unfortunately, I'm at work and didn't get a chance to take pics before I left. Did this thing die? Link to comment
afyounie
From what I've read about them, if they let go of the rock and fall, they can die because they can't right themselves. Kind of like nerites. Not sure how long they can remain that way, but if its anything like nerites, not long. Link to comment
neverrain
Had my girlfriend move it into a position so it specifically wouldn't be on it's back. She said it clenched down when she touched it, so it may have a small rock in it's grasp. Link to comment
