Zante
I'm looking at populating my nano with Tryssogobius Colini and/or Trimma rubromaculatus.By the time the tank is ready to have them my rotifer culture will be back at full strength and I was wondering if I can use live rotifers (fed with live phyto) as a staple diet for these fish. There won't be any other fish in the tank. Tankmates will be a couple of Calcinus elegans and a few snails. Link to comment
Tamberav
Won't that be to small for them? I would think cyclop-eeze, tiny pellets, and ova would do the trick for them. Link to comment
Zante
I don't know, I've never even seen these fish, that's why I was asking. Link to comment
Tamberav
I would think too small or at the very least, not worth the trouble. I have a green banded goby and he will eat mysis bigger than his head. The small foods listed above should work fine, you can always crush the pellets and flake. Link to comment
1.0reef
Rotifers are used to feed <10mm fry, I'd just crush up smaller pellets and flakes. Link to comment
