Numbers look like this: Ammonia 2 ppm Nitrite 0.5 Nitrate 20 Do I contact to add the ammonia daily and wait for that value to drop? That should be continue to add the ammonia? Link to comment

B16acrx1988
No need to add more ammonia your cycle is going I would let nitrites and ammonia zero. Then do a water change. Link to comment

Hexadron
I like the new aquascape. Diatoms are going to happen to everyone, algae on the other hand happens for most, but not all. I didn't get algae, but I believe that's due to me keeping a close eye on Nitrates, and never really letting them go out of control without water changes. Keep up the water changes after the cycle, and algae shouldn't be an issue Link to comment
