zhark
Hi everyone! This is my first post in nano-reefs, I've actually been here quite a while even before opening my account acquiring information haha. Just a brief background I'm actually a highschool student so money might be slightly more constraint because I dont have a job. Thankfully I live in Hong Kong and corals etc. are generally cheaper. I'll post more depth information about my reef tomorrow. May someone please ID this green tipped anemone-like creature on my zoas? When I got the piece of coral the assistant said it wasnt an anemone but I'm pretty sure it is. Should I be concerned? I don't think it's a mjano because it doesn't have any bubbly tips nor is it a aptasia.. Link to comment
Mr. Microscope
Looks like a majano anemone. Most people consider them a pest. Recently, some have come to love them for their color (myself included). Your zoas don't seem happy about it. You should probably remove it from the rock. BTW, to Nano-Reef! Good luck in your reefing journeys. Link to comment
