organicman Posted July 4, 2004 Author Share Posted July 4, 2004 no, its not blood. just a small (maybe one cm) white sore under his fin. he seems to be doing okay, but definately not great. i must check the pH b/c i havent done so sice last WC. i hope this isnt all my fault... is it safe to say that its probably ich and i should treat it? what should i treat with? thanks Link to comment

pyrrhus Posted July 8, 2004 Share Posted July 8, 2004 sorry its too little too late for danny, but next time you see a sore on a fish, try using melafix, its an all natural healing antibacterial that is very good for treating ulcers, sores, torn fins and the like, totally reef safe and it leaves a very pleasant tea tree oil smell to the tank.
