xien2000corp Posted July 3, 2004 Share Posted July 3, 2004 ive read that the kelvin rating is directly related to growth in sps. the lower the kelvin the higher rate of growth but a decline in coloration while the opposite is true for higher kelvin bulbs. as far as zoos and rics go though, youre gonna have yourself some GORGEOUS zoos and rics with that light! good luck with it how high do you have your pendant above the water? im setting up an mb7 myself and trying to figure out a good distance from the water. -steve Link to comment
