Dave fason (nano box reef)

I ordered a retro kit for my jbj 28g and a week and a half later it arrived at my house. I was very pleased with the turn around time on my order. I tried to install it all and couldn't get it to power on. After testing the power supply we thought it was bad. So with out question Dave sent out another power supply. I called Dave today and we went over wiring and guess what, i wired the leds wrong that's why it wouldn't work.

He has either answered my calls when I call him or has called me back. Today he was a little busy but still continued to text me.

Overall the craftsmen ship of the retro was excellent. Daves customer service is above and beyond what I could ever hope for. Only thing I would change is the directions for "slow" people like myself. Lol. During trouble shooting Dave actually drew me a picture and made it all clear. Haha.
