hahahah that'll be awesome. the plan seems legit,so I'm sure it'll look amazing as usual. Have you checked out Cherry Corals ? They've got some ridiculous sps,that would look stellar in thurrrrr :rolleyes:

Cherry corals always has wicked stuff. i need to get their "Angels and Demons" Milli someday soon....

 

they also get sick plates from time to time. i want the "Incrediplate" they have listed now but alas i refuse to pay $400 for a coral that was $40 wholesale....

They really do,I was checking out their stuff they have earlier and some of the prices on sticks is just so tempting. But I can't justify spending $250 on like 6-7 frags and having them all RTN or STN on me over light lol. That'd be the luck I had. I do fine with birdsnests/monti's but acro's and milli's... HORRIBLE..

 

That's one thing I never got... I understand the demand for some coral or just because it has a certain name you can rape people for monies,but like I tell the people at my work,if you have a certain item having it marked at more of a reasonable price will get you 10x more sales than having something over priced and it just sitting there. But thats our hobby for you. Some people have no probelm dropping $100-200 on a 1/2" frag.. whew.

 

 

 

Edit: You should check out Pacificeastaquaculture's $15 and under page,chock full of sps man.

So lots going on with this tank

 

First, i had to get a new dry side for the MP10, it had bad bearings when i bought it and when i went to change them the "land-o-lakes" brand screws they use just stripped out real bad like. so i just got a new silent dry side and cant be happier.

 

Also got my reef cleaners order today, i ordered 40 mini ceriths and got like, no joke 400 snails (some nerites mixed in for good measure too). thanks john as always ;)

 

Ive been slowly adding a few frags here and there from other systems, seeding the tank with the goodies on their plugs and easing it into full blown stocking. so far ive just moved in some gorgs, a couple plate frags, some acans that were hogging sand bed in my NPS tank, and some palys i have nowhere else to put haha

 

OH, and went to wholesale this morning and scored some sweet plates and a scoly too. need to fire up the band saw and experiment with scoly surgery ;)

I'm surprised they came out that good. I used my phone which is the same you have to take pictures of my tank last night and it was pure blue almost purple,whereas when I used my girlfriends Note 3,it was real life color. Same with my 5s.

 

Those plates are killer though man,I can't wait to see the cut pieces grown in.

I'm jealous of that Nebula Mushroom. Been wanting a piece of that shroom for a loooong time. I think I'll have to make a trip down to PYA soon.
