tibbsy07 Posted February 20, 2014 Share Posted February 20, 2014 Check your filter floss. This just happened to me and it was because my filter floss and my chemical media bags were covered in crud. I removed the crud from the media bags and replaced the FF and it went back to normal. Link to comment
inTank Posted February 20, 2014 Share Posted February 20, 2014 Yes, you are putting back pressure on the incoming water since you are forcing water through a directed path through the media increasing it's effectiveness. The filter is designed to work like this, same thing happened if you let the stock setup clog. Link to comment
