papaj10789
What type of Macro is growing on his shell? Link to comment
grmoore
Hard to tell with the actinic lighting. Can you up the whites to get a more true color? I'm going to guess it it is a red macro, and probably a species of Gracilaria. I have several Florida Ceriths growing Acetibularia on their shells. Link to comment
drunkenmonk21
I agree it is hard to tell, could it maybe be Chaetomorpha aerea or Cladophoropsis macromeres? Link to comment

grmoore
+1 to Josh's ID of Cladophoropsis. Looks like Cladophoropsis herpestica. I would advise cleaning as much off the shell as possible, and removing the shell as soon as the hermit moves to a new one. Link to comment
