jrlim
was just surfing around the web and came upon this interesting lighting system. was wondering if someone might want to research more into this. Will this lighting system work as a regular saltwater MH system??? if so, looks like it is a pretty good deal http://specialty-lights.com/10315.html ~Jr. Link to comment
emokid
add on another couple of bucks for a bulb and reflector http://www.premiumaquatics.com/Merchant2/m...egory_Code=PFOr Link to comment
Spencerx
it should work, but like emo said, you will need to dish out the money for a bulb and reflector. Link to comment
sandsrfr
This IS a sunlight supply ballast... check them out sunlightsupply.com. They sell aquatic and plant fixture/setups. You can get the equivalent ballast (either in standard magnetic/pulse or mercury vapor, all 250W) for between $139 to $159. Just check out reefgeek dot com. Expect to shell out around $330 for a good reef optix 3+ reflector, 14k HQI hamilton or your choice bulb and the appropriate Sunlight supply 'Blue Wave' ballast. Maybe a bit less for a non HQI setup?
