S. California Aquarium and Fish/Coral Store recommendations?

I'm going to be in S. California and I'm looking to visit some cool aquariums and fish/coral stores. Any recommendations?

 

I'll be staying in Carlsbad but I have car and am willing to drive south to San Diego or north to Orange County.

 

I've been to Scripps aquarium which is amazing. Does anyont know if they offer a 'behind the scenes' tour?

Phil Your Aquarium at Lake Forest

and there's other LFS that's better than AquaSD that I don't quite remember...
