Lighting my 26 gallon (20" high)

I have a few questions for the experts. I have a 130 W (1 10,000k 65W and an A 03 65W) Coralife PC.

1. Are my mushrooms getting enough light down there. They seem happy, nice and open and colorful.

 

2. Anyone have a web site that explains the difference or benefit of MH. Or if you want to explain, I would appreciate. Does MH give off a larger spectrum. What is the difference in 130 W PC and a 130W MH
