Home Depot Light ??? For aquariums

Can this light be used in a altwater aquarium ?? I have no idea how may K's does it have . Doesnt say any were :

 

General Electric

15 Watt 18" T8 Plant And Aquarium Fluorescent Tube

$5 in home depot ??

 

Is this light any good ??

 

The have this other flourocent strip light from philips that say 6500k But in my store location they didnt have it .

I've tried those Plant & Aquarium bulbs for my old planted aquarium before. The are high in the red and pink range which are good for plants but are bad for a reef aquarium. If you do try it, you'll have a good lush growth of algae :)

Ditto on nanoreefers reply for the plant and aquarium bulb. I didn't see any benefit as far as coraline but plenty of unwanted growth and the negatives as far as nuisance algae growth far outweigh any positives. The sylvania ultra daylight 6500K is a nice bulb and I continue to use that one on 2 of my tanks.
