Shipping Macro-algae's

I've bought all my livestock locally, but am interested in getting some macros. My dragons breath seems like it would be much hardier than any coral or fish, would macros survive a 3 day shipment in cooler temperatures?

They are usually shipped by priority mail--two to three days delivery time. They are plants, not delicate corals.
