Captain Morgan
My first saltwater tank was a IM16. It was a mix of good and bad. Good: The customer service was kinda good. I needed something replaced. They were somewhat unresponsive over the phone. I found out where their office is and it was about 30 mins from my home. I went there and they gave me the parts for free. Bad: I didn't have any leaks but the silicone that held the back refugium together was weak. There were holes in several places. I've heard that the silicone issue is common in their tanks. The lights suck. Link to comment
owk688
Now you don't need to throw the tank out. Talking to the right person really make a big difference. Link to comment
Enavas
My experience with IM tanks is that they are cheaply made. I have a 4 gallon one and the partition divider between the main display and the back compartments cracked already. All I was trying to do was change the pump. I didn't even put much pressure on it.
