FISK87
So i bought three of the rock-mag juniors.. I like them.. They came in the mail today, in about 2 minutes i had them where i wanted them.. They dont look exactly like live rock, but you can tell they atleast tried. The tank is small (for me), only 36 gallons, so it let me get some extra height without having to overload the tank with more live rock. My only complaint is that they are VERY WHITE.. Anyone else have these? How long did it take before they started to blend in.. The tank is new and I'm due for a diatom bloom so I imagine that will mellow them out a bit. I'll post pics later. SerenityReef
Mine colored pretty quick, a few weeks it wasn't so noticeable. Link to comment
BulkRate
No idea if they're using a plaster or base rock (like reefsavers/marco/reefcleaners etc.) to form them... but yeah - give it some time and in a month or two in your tank and they'll loose the luster and look more natural.
