seabass Posted July 29, 2013 Author Share Posted July 29, 2013 Thanks for checking it out! Yeah, it wasn't too far away, so we decided to go. I've been to one of their events before. The eagle never launched; they just blew it up for the show.Some of the balloons (like the skunk, Purple People Eater, and a few others) launched from where we were. The others took off at a remote site and flew to us. They had a competition where they attempted to drop bags on a target. Most of these balloons landed in the field where we were, although a few continued past. The weather was perfect, so not a bad night. Link to comment
