Position(s) AvailableCustomer Support RepresentativeIdeal candidate will be the first in line to provide support to our customers. Primary duties involve problem-solving by phone and email in a professional-friendly manner. Our customer support representatives are responsible for providing information on product troubleshooting and usage. Knowledge of our products as well as the saltwater aquarium hobby is a preferred. Secondary duties will include warehouse work and shipping. Salary is dependent on experience.
