Red Algae help, and glass Algae ID

Can someone tell me what these Algae is??? The Red one spread, after snails eat it, few days later it comes back. Green one after cleaned the window 1 day, come back the next.

It appears to be cyanobacteria.

Yes cyano.

 

Phosphate may be coming out of the rock.

 

Usually cyano needs carbon from decaying food particles on the sand, so if you point a powerhead at the sand it will keep the particles from collecting. Or just more CUC.

 

Of course, stronger phosphate filtration overall helps too, since cyano needs phosphate.
