dagermain
I just got a Maroon clown from a chain petstore. I would not have bought it except that it was mismarked and I got a deal, and it looked a little ruff and I would hate to leave it there to die. Maybe pissing money away but here goes... It's tail is frayed on half, like it got bit, but there is a black spot, like a grain of pepper on the tail, also see a couple on the fins. There seems to be just a slight bit of a wound on the left side of him too. Any thoughts???? Only have this fih, crabs, snails and live rock/sand. I have an empty ten and a set-up 2.5 I could use for treatment if needed. Link to comment
pyrrhus
try using melafix. i have found it very effective for assisting healing in marine and freshwater fish. its also totally natural, actually a tea tree oil based product and is totally reef safe. and i mean 100% reef safe, ive never had a problem using it in any of my reef tanks.
