Glass anemone shrimp irritating flower anemone

I got a new flower anemone a couple of weeks ago. My glass anemone shrimp likes it,and all was well at first but it may be picking at the tentacles. The anemone closes up tight now when the shrimp visits which is often and I swear some of the tiny tentacles are missing. I won't get rid of the shrimp, but does this make any sense?

Any thoughts?
