Ballard Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 Have a galaxea colony with 6 heads. Four are doing very well, full extention. One is kind of sketchy, and the last one today was behaving very strangely. it seemed to eject its mouth... there was a stringy coming out of the center... as i watched the string got longer, then broke from it and floated away... is the head dead ( it is mostly retracted and kind of dry looking) and is it indicative of an imdending crash? water params check out, hermits just shed, all other corals doing splendidly. tank is 10G AGA, 36W PC smartlite Link to comment
