oceanman
I have a hang on refuge with a cheap HD light and all my culupra is not doing well. I have been looking at a Jalli brand 13 watt refugium/mini reef light which comes with one daylight power compact bulb. I was wondering if this is a good light to use. My other option is a Coralife 1x 9W Coralife 10,000K and 1x 9W Coralife Actinic Compact Fluorescent Lamp. Which one is a good lamp for a fuge? Thanks for your help Link to comment
digitallinx
i would say the coralife as well....but with 6500k bulbs, they will do better and grow faster....closer to plant lighting Link to comment
Cellenzweig
I've got a Jalli 2x55w and a Coralife 2x65w. I like them both, but the Jalli bulbs are definately better (imo). The Jalli it also a nicer looking unit (again, imo). The only problem I have with the Jalli is that the cooling fan is loud. Link to comment
