Worm things

I have very small worm looking things on my soft coral and live sand. They are tiny brown and seem to be cylindrical. I think there eating my coral some help please with ID i cant figure out what they are. If some one does know what they are then maybe som ideas on how to get rid of them.

pic would be helpful. are they out all times of the day? do you have any fish in tank? are you sure the worms are eating the coral, not just cleaning? how long has your tank been running? obviously more info would help us id.
