cirionrc
I have a red legged hermit that has grown enourmous after he took over the conk shell. He likes to kill snails. Well is he safe with the baby snowflake moray. He also hogs the frozen food and I don't know if my eel is eating because the hermit always finds it. Link to comment
The Unit
although i would say it should be fine i would advise u not to get one of theose baby snowflakes...the ones under 6 or 7 inches.....u will first off pay the same amout as a larger 12-14 inch one and they are less likely to make it.....also they will hide way to much....as for hermits.....i have a 23 inch yellow-head moray and over 20 blue leg hermits and for being a much more aggressive eel than the snowflake he has not touched one....... greggl
To get out snowflake to thrive, we stuck with direct hand feeding. If we didn't, our coral banded shrimp or the hermits would step in. Hand feeding was also a blast. My wife used chopsticks at first, but eventually even she got to the point where she could fingertip hold krill and shrimp bits. Link to comment
