Instances of this are usually due to over feeding, or taking a pop count one day, and assuming the population is always that big.. They will level out the populations to whatever the tank will support, if there is tons of food and hiding spaces available, they will continue to reproduce. Link to comment
impur Posted May 28, 2004 Share Posted May 28, 2004 I also spotted one of these guys in my tank. It looks exactly like the picture. I was going to take the small rock out that he is hiding in and do a FW dip but seeing as how birdman and nano-nemo probably know a bit more than me i'll leave him be. What do these guys feed on? I was so concerned that this was a bad guy in there. I am very relieved now This website is the best thing going!!!!! Thanks guys. Link to comment
