Corals Sting... How bad is it?

It feels like a tingle. Whenever I move my duncans i feel a strange sensation and my fingers feel slimy. It's not bad but I wouldn't leave my hand on a torch coral for longer than a few seconds or however long it takes to move it where it's going.

I got stuck by bristle worms also.I used the scotch tape method.Worked with no issues.

 

I was snorkeling in a freshwater spring and brushed against some plant life.Checked myself and id dint see any redness nor did it hurt.Couple hours later when i got home i noticed my hand was red so i checked my other hand and noticed that it was also red and one of my veins had turned red all the way up my arm into my armpit.So i rushed to the ER and they gave me a antibiotic shot and within an hour all the symptoms were gone.Talk about a scare.

 

My lfs owner got hit by a foxface and he said it felt like getting a shot at the doctors.
