GarrettsReefing Posted May 23, 2013 Author Share Posted May 23, 2013 Got my 3G pico done for the most part I have an Orphek PR-7 par 30 for lighting over it and I picked my a little black clown to call it home I still need to make a lid for it right now just has a tupawear lid so my new Nemo can't jump Also got my new favorite acro Hawkins Enchinata thanks Jeff, I've wanted it awhile n finally got it My softys are ready to transfer over just been busy with work and haven't pulled the to the new tank yet, I may wait to get the BTA in their first then put my zoos and such in. My tank is maturing nicely I started supplementing my alK dosing with kalk in my ATO to keep my calc more stable now as well. I also recently replaced my ATo to a gravity fed one that is less likely to fail. I also removed all the optics on the colored diodes and it makes the color blending much more appealing I was gonna run 60 optics down the center two strips of LED as well but after debating it a bit I'm not going to as I already have enough power running 60/60 Link to comment

Really small I traded off some zoo frags for it Joe the coral Sunset Mille Hawkins enchinata Tube nem rdsb Jbj 3G Things that are different to tank: Took off ATO from autotopoff.com as I didn't want maxi jet to fail after a years use or so and flood tank. So I went out and got a gravity fed one I took out bRS reactor and am no longer running carbon or phosphate media of any kind I now do water changes every 5days 5g sometimes more often. Already dosing alK with bRS doser I now am running Kalk in gravity ATo Tanks running better then ever now and I couldn't be happier! Link to comment
