elpez
Hi. I have a Blue Devil damsel wich yesterday I noticed has taken up the habit of blowing all the sand up. It does not bother me but it sure does bother my open brain coral wich is the victim of these sand storms. I had the damsel since the begining of the tank (5 months) and this is totally new behavior. Any Ideas? Link to comment
nano-nemo
totally normal. if its bothering the coral give it a ride back to the lfs, or a ride down the porcilin highway. Link to comment
Farrah
My damsel does the same thing. I'd move your brain. You might try blowing the sand of your brain with a turkey baster as a temp solution. Link to comment
fortheloveofcrabs
I have a yellow-tailed blue damsel in my tank and he gets a real kick out of blowing the sand around too. The only realy problem with it is that it makes the sand bed look a little funny. I think damsels just have an obsession with doing this. I have no idea why... Link to comment
