Seems to me you'd be safe to keep a cleaner shrimp and emerald crab just so long as you keep an eye on their size and ditch them when they start getting too big. With the crab though, there's the usual omnivore thing, and a problem will probably arise eventually. Personally, I'll be running my 6G Edge with an emerald just for the first few months while algae is going strong and green bubble algae is likely to pop up.
