Button Polyp Lighting Overexposed

Several of the button polyps in my colony were starting to bleach out a bit, and I noticed last night that I had accidentally switched my lights off the timer to on constantly. The tank is in my office and I'm not here at night. I have switched the lights back to the timer and I'm wondering how long before the polyps recover and if there is anything else I need to do to help them.
