Return Line Questions

I am setting up my return like in the attached picture. My question is, will having one return line T off lower the flow going into that line by much? My return pump is on the side of the sump, so It is a straight up shot to one return line, and a T to the other on the other side of the tank. Please let me know what you think.

If you have nozzles on the returns they should balance themselves out.
