JPKelly214
Hello to you all. I'm setting up a 10 gallon nano. I plan on keeping a couple of Yellow tailes blue damsels, an algae goby and a clean up crew. I'd also like to keep some hard and soft corals. My question is what lighting should I use? 20" Aqualight delux 28 watts coralife 50/50 or 20" Delux series 96 watts aqualight with fans (a 96 watt 50/50 4-tube (quad))? Both models are compact Flourescents. Would the 96 watt be overkill? Your comments on lighting and set up are appreciated. Thank you. Link to comment
Cellenzweig
Hello, The 96w is in no way too much light. I would definately chose this over the 28w. Right now I am running 2x65w on my 10g. I suggest you buy this unit if you can afford it. It has two ballasts with seperate cords, allowing you to use actinics only for dusk and dawn. http://www.esuweb.com/cardfile.asp?ItemNum...Relationship=36 Colin Link to comment
