ravenlot
I'm a total newb to digital photography but I'd like to improve the quality of the pictures I take of my tank. I just got an Olympus C-4000 (seemed like a good buy for $250) but I'm having trouble getting sharper pictures of my corals using the macro feature. They're alright but I think they could be better. Would getting one of these lens kits on eBay be helpful? Here's a lens kit with +1, +2, and +4. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...3814050119&rd=1 Here's a lens kit with +7 and +10. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...3814634923&rd=1 Do these work well? If so, which one do you guys suggest I get? Link to comment
EtOH_is_good
you don't necessaily need a new lens to get sharper pics. try 1) tripod 2) camara timer 3) fast camara speeds 4) photo enhancement Link to comment
enrico
I have a +1 +2 +4 set for my Olympus UZ-700 and I'm very happy of the results with close up shots. From my personal experience +7 +10 is too much. You can shot a photograph of a piece of paper with it, not of a coral Link to comment
ravenlot
Thanks for the input. I might just get one of those +1 +2 +4 kits I saw since they're so cheap. Link to comment
