Lighting Cycles/Timing

For those that have T5's what kind of lighting cycle are you on? What time of the day do your actinics coming and and go over and what time do your 10k come on and go off? Really curious, thanks

I do actinic and 10K t5 11am-8pm, i am no pro tho, moonlights from 8-11
