I am doug96 and have been in this hobby for many years now having started at the age of 10 with a 24 gallons nano cube from jbj then I upgraded to a Red Sea Max first gen. which then cracked 2 years ago. Now im back with this small but pretty 1 foot cube with internal filtration system. Filtration Filter Floss Zeolith (without reactor) Activated Carbon (Now you see why I called this a Low Tech build) Equipments Hydor pump for internal circulation (main pump) BeamsWork LEDs (9 watts) JBJ C-Breeze cooling fan Livestock A few LPS pieces Mushies Zoanthids 1 Captive bred clown bred locally *Do note that this is a relatively young tank and stocking is still in progress * Maintenance Once every 2 weeks 20% water change Zip the magnets across the glass as and when I'm free Stir up sandbed and blow detritus off rocks during water change Light feeding of pellets daily / or on occasions frozen mysis shrimps before water change Now what is a tank thread without FTS progression? So let me post some of the pix I have and DO comment and leave your thoughts here for me to improve! :) sorry about this lengthy post though..
