KidCNU
This happened a while back but i just found it in my basement again. So im used to having lights have feet and while moving things around in my tank i knocked the clamp and the light fell in while on. i pulled it out as soon as i could and unplugged it. that said i dried it the best i could and let it sit for days to dry. it never lit up again. Question is, is there any hope of fixing it or anything salvagable from it or do i just have an expensive paperweight and a lesson learned. Link to comment
disaster999
did you rinse the light under fresh water or RO/DI after you dunked it? most probably the driver inside the light is toasted...you can try and fix it, match the driver inside the light with ones found on dealextreme Link to comment
