Purchased a dual timer/power strip with a bum/slow actinics/moonlight timer. I sent a pleasant e-mail describing the situation. In about a week I received a reply that they would replace the unit and send to me free of charge. Really appreciate a company that stands by their products, even when they fail. W- Link to comment
