Hydor nano skimmer micro bubbles

I'm sure someone has talked about this before. Is there anyway to stop it. I've had the skimmer in for about close to a month now and the micro bubbles are not going away. It is producing alot, to the point that the water looks dirty, specs flying in the water. I hate it. Is there anyway to fix this at all? I'm thinking about calling the company and complaining. It says in the manual that the bubbles should disappear within 2 weeks after setup

mine never went away so i sold it and went with a hob remora. best deciesion

Mine did it when I first added it to the tank and every one in a while after taking it out and cleaning it. But always goes away within either hours or at most a day. You may not have the cup seated right around the powerhead in the base.
