yet another LED question

so i cut my standard 75 gallon aga in half... its 12 inches tall now and im going to be starting to build this setup hopefully next month, ive decided to take the LED plunge for this build, but have no experience with them. that being said, how would you LED pros light this tank? i plan to DIY my lights, and would like to run full spectrum, its going to be SPS dominated dimensions are 48x18x12 so its VERY shallow.
