White spot on TSB spine

Hello Everyone.

 

I came home today and saw that the fin on my blenny's spine had a white spot/segment. He is still eating and acting like its funny self. I fed him as soon as I got home and he pigged out like normal. Should I be worried about the spot on its spine? I just added a BTA yesterday and wonder if the blenny had a run in with it while i was at work. Below are a few pics.
